After-sales Service Commitment
Maintenance time :(from the date of receipt of the instrument)
Minor repair: refers to the general electrical maintenance and electrical parts of the whole station, and simple mechanical parts maintenance. Maintenance is required to be completed within 3 working days. Return to the user on the fourth business day.
Medium repair: refers to the maintenance of the mechanical part of the vertical shafting of the electric meridian and total station, as well as the maintenance of some electrical parts of the total station range finder. Required to complete the repair within five working days, the sixth working day to return to the user.
Overhaul: refers to the maintenance of the electric longitude and horizontal shafting of the total station, the maintenance of the electric longitude main body and the total station cabinet, and the re-bonding of the two shafting dial grating. The repair is required to be completed within 7 working days, and the eighth working day shall be returned to the user.
Special circumstances: such as early instruments, need to replace parts, and accessories are short. Request the first time contact with the customer communication. Negotiate the repair time.
After the above instruments are repaired, they should be thoroughly reviewed and reinspected. Routine tests and necessary inspections are required for overhaul and replacement of major components.
Spare parts service:
Within the warranty period of the instrument, the normal use of parts damaged in the replacement of free, no hourly fee.
Within the warranty period of the instrument, abnormal use of parts damaged when only charged for the cost of parts, do not charge hourly fees.
For the instrument beyond the warranty period, when the parts are damaged in normal use, only the cost of the parts will be charged, and no hourly fee will be charged.
For the instrument beyond the warranty period, the cost and hourly fee will be charged when the parts are damaged under abnormal use conditions.
Repair of vulnerable parts (batteries, etc.) is not an exception.

Since the company promises to produce the instrument from the date of sale, all warranty for one year (except specific products), and lifetime maintenance.
Therefore, the warranty terms are as follows:
(1) Any distributor selling the products of the Company must fill in the attached warranty card carefully and truthfully. And return to the manufacturer in time.
